Job description

As Solution Architect you lead the design and further building of a Customer Portal that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and multiple external systems via APIs and middleware.

You will play a key role in defining the technical strategy, solution design, integration patterns, and governance model to ensure a scalable, secure, and high performing digital platform.

You'll work 2–3 days on-site in Louvain, the remaining days working remotely.

Profile

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Certified software architect with at least 1+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform architecture.

You have proven experience architecting customer portals or self-service platforms with complex integration landscapes.

Key technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem technologies: Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
• Hands-on experience designing and managing RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration middleware.
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and identity management (Azure AD B2C, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or equivalent).

You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English.
